The purpose of the corporation is to engage in educational, scientific, cultural and charitable activities, including, but not limited to:

(a) advancing and endowing growth and development of the Dev Sanskriti University.

(b) cultivating global collaboration initiatives of Dev Sanskriti University.

(c) offering scholarships, fellowships, assistantships, professorships, research, publishing, conference, seminars, workshops and travel grants to and from Dev Sanskriti University.

(d) establishing educational technology infrastructure, laboratories and libraries.

(e) educating members of the general public about Dev Sanskriti.

(f) promoting Dev Sanskriti  through scientific research, development and public service outreach; and

(g) aiding, supporting, and assisting by gifts, grants, contributions, or otherwise, other persons or organizations of any kind, provided that such activities are consistent with the foregoing purposes.
